History
While working at Direct Media in the 90’s and continuing as one of four founding partners at MeritDirect – Chad Slater, focused on large B2B direct mailers. Through this time, he began to realize and understand the unique needs of large direct marketers (now called multi-channel merchants). To help clients achieve their growth objectives, individual data sources became less important. Real opportunity was in how the information was organized and leveraged.
To best serve these types of clients, Chad started Integrated Direct Marketing – IDM in early 2003. As the firm has grown, we have evolved our services and methods but the focus has remained on serving the large multi-channel merchants.
IDM is a privately held company. Actively managed and operated by its sole shareholder.
