Chad has 15 years of consultative direct marketing experience. He started at TMA and Direct Media before founding MeritDirect with nine partners in 2000. In early 2003, Chad started IDM to focus on the unique needs of his core clients - large multi-channel direct marketers. Chad has a long history of helping clients constantly mail smarter and cheaper. Many of his clients are a result of long term relationships that have spanned multiple companies and individual contacts. Chad’s clients have included American Van, CDW Inc, Clement Communications, Lands’ End Business Outfitters, Northern Tool & Equipment, OfficeMax, Executive Greetings, 4imprint, Baudville, and Lab Safety Supply.
