Chad has over 13 years of list brokerage experience.  He spent time at Tony Murray & Associates and Direct Media before founding MeritDirect with nine partners in 2000.  In early 2003, Chad started IDM to focus on the unique needs of his core clients, large multi-channel direct marketers.  Using cooperative and private prospecting databases to leverage purchasing power, prospect source information and compiled firmographics - Chad has a long history of helping clients constantly mail smarter and cheaper.  His proudest achievement has been the development of many long term client relationships that have spanned multiple companies and individual contacts.  Chad’s clients have included American Van (1997), CDW Inc. (1998), Clement Communications, K-Log (1994), Lands’ End Business Outfitters (2000), Northern Tool & Equipment (1999), OfficeMax, Rand Material Handling (1994), Executive Greetings, 4Imprint and Lab Safety Supply.

Rocky has 12 years of direct and brand marketing experience. He has spent significant time on the mailer side at JD Edwards, OfficeMax and Berlin Packaging. While at OfficeMax, Rocky was responsible for new customer acquisition and housefile reactivation, circulating over 25 million catalogs annually for the OfficeMax and Reliable Office Supplies brands. In addition to circulation, he has extensive experience with cooperative and private databases, response analysis, data processing, and list management. Rocky has worked with CDW Inc., Lands' End Business Outfitters, Boise Office Solutions, OfficeMax, JC Whitney, and Freund Container.

Kebra has 13 years of experience planning and managing full-cycle B2B and B2C marketing campaigns. As a consultant, she doubled direct-to-consumer sales for H.S. Trask, an upscale footwear manufacturer and reseller. As a Direct Marketing Manager, she increased sales at Excelligence Learning Corporation by leading circulation planning & execution, channel marketing, and e-mail contact strategies. Kebra also gained expertise in developing and promoting online shopping markets while working at Shop.com. Early in her career, she planned and managed the catalog circulation strategy for CDW and expanded Coldwater Creek’s catalog distribution into the Japanese market. Kebra earned her MBA from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.

Bill has spent over 9 years with Harte-Hanks Inc. working with many industry-leading clients to develop direct marketing business solutions.  He has extensive experience directing teams of service bureau project managers, facilitating data processing, data management, and database management in both consumer and B2B arenas.  Bill consults on data-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and CDM (Customer Data Management) solution offerings, technical architecture, and thought leadership.
