Customer Playbook
We take a holistic point of view of your business and focus on building a “customer playbook” that will positively impact your results. By incorporating our Customer Insights, Diagnostic findings, and our experience we create individual customer plays. Customer plays are self-contained around a single theme and capture a number of insights, flows, goals and triggers for each. We limit the number of plays and complexity to a manageable number for the organization. Our primary objective is to identify measurable opportunities that allow you to acquire and retain more of the customers you want and thus, grow your business.
Some examples of the plays we have created include the following:
- Protect - Deeply engage with our best customers and keep them buying
- Grow - Engage with sites illustrating a propensity and trajectory to buy from us and grow them into a best customer
- Maintain - Sites who buy from us regularly and represent a key portion of annual sales, however, these sites do not have much opportunity
- New to File - Sites entering the franchise for the first time represent a large portion of our buying sites. Quickly engage with those likely to continue spending.
